Ørjan Orra AS currently has a total of 16 vehicles, including semi trucks, side loaders, tractors and crane trucks. The company started using Opter in 2020. The crane trucks mainly carry out assignments in the Bergen area, while the other transports are done almost right across Norway.

“Our aims were to become more efficient, get a better overview and be able to free up time that can be used for other work tasks.” says the company’s CEO Ørjan Orra. “By using Opter, we have been able to reduce the manual procedures and in some cases eliminate them completely. This has given us a better overview and helped us save time, which means we can give our customers better service and follow-ups”. Ørjan Orra AS has grown constantly since it was founded in 1998, and aims for continued growth and development going forward as well.

CEO Ørjan Orra leads the transport work himself. Together with Opter, the associated screenshots, apps and prints were also installed, to enable the greatest possible efficiency and maximum utilization of the system. The time registration is done in the vehicles, among other places, and forms the basis for invoicing. Orders are exchanged between the company and the company’s partners via Opter Link or EDI.

“Everyday life has become much easier for us, partly because the communication with our vehicles – in particular the vehicles that make long transports – works much better and more smoothly than before,” concludes Ørjan Orra.
