That was the primary aim when Opter was founded by Johan Frisk and Viktor Edlund in 2002. The company was called Fleet 101 then, and the product K2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Benevolence is still what shapes and drives us at Opter. With consideration for each other, our users and the world around us, we help the many companies that use our software to fulfil their customers\u2019 wishes, employees\u2019 needs and the demands of the world around them. This has made Opter the Nordic region\u2019s leading business system for the transport industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We develop Opter in close consultation with our customers. It is their common needs that govern how the system looks and works. The more companies that use and through their own challenges contribute to the development of Opter, the greater the benefit the system will provide for all these companies in a sector that is very competitive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer satisfaction is crucial to our success, which is why our customers are not locked into an expensive system or an extensive consulting project. Our business model \u2013 a standardised and also customisable solution that is constantly being developed and for which customers pay a monthly fee based on the size of their business \u2013 was considered a crazy idea when we started out. Since then, the company has experienced annual growth of 25% for many years. With more than 600 customers and thousands of users, Opter has now almost become the standard in the transport industry. Opter is a safe and modern choice for transport companies that want to focus on their customers and on running their business in a sustainably profitable way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Opter has customers in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Estonia and Iceland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
