Tommy Gustavsson is responsible for Opter\u2019s developers, including areas such as skills management, human resources and recruitment. In his role, Tommy works closely with Johan Frisk, who remains both Product Owner and Product Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tommy says he quickly felt at home in the friendly atmosphere and corporate culture that exists at Opter. He also really appreciates that the solutions that are developed are actually used and make everyday life easier for numerous customers, which reinforces the feeling of making a positive difference to society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Would you also like to work with us at Opter?
