The GDL group now has a presence in 20 locations and also has around 600 employees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The order handling was mainly done manually in the past, so with Opter the processes are more efficient and this is leading to improvements at every stage of the transport chain. More specifically, it means that GDL\u2019s customers can send out their orders directly to the vehicles. The drivers can thus update and provide real-time information about the current status, as well as closing the order and carrying out invoicing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe tool offers a modern digital way of working and we can thus work in a smarter and more transparent way throughout the entire value chain.
