Martin H\u00f8jgaard Olsen and Anders Skyt are based at the head office in Stockholm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Martin has worked with both support and deployment at Opter for a long time, and over the past year he has been helping new Danish customers get started with Opter. He is from Copenhagen and has an IT background from the transport and construction industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>I love getting out and about and meeting customers. Then I can listen in and observe how the various companies work. I map processes and work together with the customers to identify ways to optimise their business operations.<\/em><\/p><cite>Martin H\u00f8jgaard Olsen, Installation Expert<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Anders Skyt, who provides customer support in Danish, was also born in Denmark but has lived in Sweden for 22&nbsp;years. He found the job at Opter when Martin posted in a Facebook group for Danes living in Sweden. Anders has extensive experience of working from Sweden to assist Danish customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A few weeks ago, he was joined is this work by a new colleague, Michael Gaasedal. Michael is based in Denmark and works with deployment and installation for new Danish customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Online help in Danish<br><\/strong>To help our customers get the most out of the system, extensive online documentation with help articles is available. The entire documentation has now been translated into all the Nordic languages, so that has also become a bit more Danish as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, what do Martin and Anders think are the best aspects of Denmark and Sweden?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Martin<br><\/strong>Denmark: <em>That you are never more than 52&nbsp;kilometres from the sea<\/em>.<br>Sweden: <em>The Swedish countryside and mountains. And the people, who have a very laid-back attitude to life.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Anders<br><\/strong>Denmark: <em>The Danish Dynamite (the national football team).
