With its varied fleet of vehicles and around 20 drivers, Boomerang Kurérservice meets customers every day with high demands regarding flexibility and efficiency. The company was founded in 2004 and carries out transport services throughout Denmark, ranging from courier and distribution assignments to regional shipments.

Opter has formed a core part of Boomerang’s business since early 2024. CEO Sune Grøn explains that they were looking for a system that could ensure a common thread throughout the entire chain: planning, order management, invoicing and follow-up. After evaluating several options, it was decided to choose Opter, which was considered to cover all the needs while also being user-friendly. The system is now an integral part of the daily work.
Planning is quick, the drivers receive clear instructions on their mobile phones, and the risk of errors has been reduced. The manual handling of freight bills previously took a lot of time. Everything is now done digitally and linked directly to the order. Crediting and invoicing are also now smoother as a result of the automation.
Sune Grøn considers Opter to be a tool that is ready for the future. “I have myself recommended Opter to others, who are now also using it. It provides a stable foundation that makes it easy to grow without losing control when the number of customers and shipments increases,” he concludes.
