How do I know whether or not the system is suitable for my business?

Opter is developed specifically for transport companies and is standardised so that it suits a wide range of them. At the same time, it can be customised to meet the unique needs and procedures of each individual customer.

What does Opter cost?

The Opter software is a subscription service for which you pay a fixed monthly fee based on how many vehicles and shipments you wish to manage in the system. The monthly fee includes all the functionality, all upgrades and, of course, support.

How do we get started with Opter?

We aim to make it very straightforward. You appoint a system owner who has good knowledge of your business and your needs. Our deployment consultant then acts as a guide and sounding board during the start-up of the system. We jointly decide how Opter can help you with your specific needs – including which information needs to be made available, how information should be registered or retrieved and how apps and web portals should look, etc. We assist you right through from the very start to your system being up and running.

How long does it take?

That depends to some extent on how big your business is and which functions you want to use. We have discovered that the most important aspect in terms of quickly getting started is having a committed system owner who is able to devote the time required to work with us on setting up your solution and training your users.

Who is responsible for the technology?

Opter runs in our cloud solution on Microsoft Azure, and you connect via a program on your computer. It is also possible to install Opter on your own servers or at your hosting partner. In that case, you are responsible for the running of the server and other hardware. Regardless of the option that you choose, we ensure that all our customers automatically have access to upgrades.

Is support included?

Absolutely!
