Charlotte Lindblad Strømsborg – new in the support team

Welcome to Opter, Charlotte!
Since May, Charlotte Lindblad Strømsborg has been providing our Norwegian customers with telephone and email support. Charlotte has 15 years of experience in customer contact in the public sector, including at the Norwegian police service number, and is accustomed to guiding people through both simple and complex cases.
She is also a trained UX designer with a keen interest in how people use and experience technology, which is a real asset in her role at Opter. In her spare time, she works out, reads and cheers on her son in ice hockey matches.
