Johan Olsson, Operations Manager at Posti, describes the transition as almost seamless: after logging out one afternoon, everything was up and running again by the next morning. With Opter running in the cloud, the company avoids having to have operational responsibility itself, as well as the risk of technical problems or VPN difficulties.
