Since 2007, Falköpings Kyltransporter has been delivering temperature-sensitive foodstuffs to producers, shops and warehouses throughout western Sweden on a daily basis. With a growing business, the choice of transport planning system was crucial to the company’s continuing development.

Claes Claesson, founder and CEO, says that when they were looking for a new TMS in 2022, Opter emerged as the best option. In addition to the system offering all the necessary features, Opter’s support, which was highly recommended by industry peers, played a crucial role in the decision.

The system can be tailored to the specific needs of customers and has also enabled efficiency gains, with the number of transport planners reduced from three to two positions. At the same time, the business has continued to expand.
