Liuttu Logistiikka is a logistics company based in Tampere, Finland, with roots dating back to the 1960s. The company focuses on last-mile courier services and home deliveries.

The business used several different systems in the past, depending on the customer. To increase efficiency, it decided to centralise its production management, monitoring and invoicing in a single system. In addition, the company wanted to offer its customers added value for their transports by providing a customer-specific order portal, to enable customers to track their deliveries and view their specific order history. Opter made all this possible.

“We spent a long time researching different options from Finland and the rest of the world. We chose Opter because it is versatile and can be adapted almost without limits to our particular business needs. But also, not least, because it became available as an MS Azure cloud version,” says Tommi Rannisto, Managing Director of Liuttu Logistics.
