Opter launches AI-assisted transport booking

Order registration is a bottleneck for many transport companies, as valuable time is spent manually entering orders into the system. We are now therefore launching AI-assisted transport booking in Opter; this a smart feature that interprets documentation in almost all formats.

  • Multiformats: Drag in customer emails, PDFs, or images of freight bills/package labels.
  • Automatic interpretation: The AI extracts the information and fills in the fields in the order registration, regardless of whether the input data consists of structured documents or free text.
  • Rapid handling: Check the details and simply click save. The order has been created in just a few seconds!

The best thing is that the AI also learns ever more about your procedures over time. If you usually put certain information in non-standard fields, the AI will notice this and save this specific approach in your own Opter environment, and not in any general model.
