Welcome Tupeku Oy, a new user of Opter. The company has five service vehicles, which deliver and install appliances for major retail chains in the Seinäjoki region of western Finland. It is now using Opter to manage orders via its web portal and to automate the entire flow, from planning and customer communication to documentation, checklists and the sending of SMS to recipients.
