“With Opter the step to ensuring good collaborative relationships is shorter”

When Perfekt Transport was founded in May 2024, its entire business operations were built around Opter right from the very start. New market participants face high demands regarding structure. With Opter in place, the company was able to quickly establish a modern work process and build trust among customers.

Mikael Martin, CEO and owner, comments: “We immediately noticed that Opter made us professional in our external relationships. It really felt like we had been established for longer than was actually the case.”

Perfekt Transport currently has eight employees, its own vehicles and a business built on three components: haulage, warehousing and freight forwarding. In the company’s daily operations, Opter provides certainty and full control. The automated sending of proofs of delivery means that customers don’t have to call and ask about documentation for their shipments, which saves time for everyone.

The system also offers great flexibility regarding everyday business activities. When volumes are higher, new or temporary drivers can be connected via the app in just a few minutes, without any hassle or need for extensive paperwork. With Opter Link, the company can also collaborate seamlessly with other transport companies.

“We can get connected to other Opter users in no time at all, and receive follow-up notifications in exactly the same way as if we were using our own vehicles. It is fantastic,” says Mikael Martin.

Opter also provides powerful decision-making support, as its built-in analysis tools help the company evaluate its operations and identify where further enhancements can be made.

“My impression is that an ever increasing number of operators are starting to use Opter,” concludes Mikael Martin. “We recommend going for it! Together we can help each other, and with Opter the step to ensuring good collaborative relationships is shorter.”
