As one of Norway’s largest car breakdown recovery companies, Redningsverket operates around the clock. For transport assignments other than the actual recovery, it needed a system that could deliver on several fronts, providing a better overview and control, meeting customer needs for increased information and reporting, and facilitating the invoicing process.

After testing a few systems, Opter was chosen as it had also been recommended by several customers. “We think Opter has most of the features our customers want, including for their future needs. It is actively used as a selling point in our tenders and presentations,” says Per Anders Peterson, Head of Operations. He highlights the fact that it is easy to distribute to the vehicles and facilitates communication between the office and the drivers.
